Love the shack, love the angles, and lens. I have been trying to duplicate your style (after I saw the Chapman's photo's) but I don't think I am using the same kind of lens. No matter what I think it is hard to shoot your own kids, it gets ugly and way too personal. Your style is fresh and real, capturing a lot of feeling in your pictures - thanks for sharing it.
Thanks for the compliments. We have a few lenses that we love to use, but it's a never-ending search for the next best thing... Currently, we're using 3 lenses during a shoot: Sigma's 17-70 f/2.8-4.5, Canon's 70-200 f/4 (although I'd prefer 70-200 f/2.8), and Canon's 50mm f/1.8.
